Does the agent connect to our DMS and live inventory?
Yes. Lahzo integrates with Interact RV, DealerSocket, AMD, and Salesforce, along with additional integrations. The agent pulls live inventory data so it is always working from current stock. It will not quote a unit that sold yesterday or show a price that changed last week. Live DMS integration is core to how the agent operates. Without it, the agent cannot have an accurate conversation with a buyer about your actual inventory, which is the first thing any serious buyer asks about. If your dealership uses a DMS not on this list, ask about custom integrations during the demo. The goal is for your agent to work from the same inventory data your floor team sees in real time.
We already have a BDC. Why do we need Lahzo?
Your BDC is built for business hours and a manageable queue. Lahzo handles what your BDC cannot reach: the 11 PM website visit, the Saturday evening trade inquiry, and three simultaneous conversations while your team is on a call. Lahzo does not replace your BDC. It covers the hours and volume your team physically cannot, then hands off warm, fully documented leads so your BDC spends time closing rather than qualifying cold contacts. Can the agent handle trade-in and financing questions?
