Types of Information Collected by Our Technology
Our Technology may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household or is otherwise personal information, personal data, or an analogous term under applicable law (“Personal Information”).

Our Technology does not solicit or automatically collect sensitive Personal Information such as government identifiers, financial information, account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, citizenship, immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health information, or information concerning your sexual orientation. Please do not disclose any sensitive Personal Information through the Technology.
How We Collect Information
Our Technology may collect information (including Personal Information) in the following ways:
You may provide information to us directly. For example, you may elect to provide contact information and other information about yourself while communicating with our Clients through our Technology.
We automatically collect technical data each time your browser or device interacts with our Technology. This may include your IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and other technical information.
We automatically collect behavioral data each time your browser or device interacts with the Technology. For example, when you interact with the Technology, we may record the date and time of your interaction, the duration of your interaction, your activities on the applicable Client’s website, and click data.
We automatically collect and retain transcripts of your communications with our Clients through our Technology and may monitor these communications.
We may receive information about you and your interactions with us from third parties, such as marketing and advertising providers, ad networks, lead generators, data brokers, and companies that provide or sell lists of potential purchasers.
We may use Tracking Technologies to, among other things, collect and store information about your use of the Technology.
How We Use Your Information
We may use information that is not Personal Information for any lawful business purpose.
We may share your Personal Information with the Client on whose website it is collected.
We will not sell your Personal Information to third parties.
We may use the Personal Information we collect to facilitate your communications with our Clients, to operate our Technology, and for our own internal purposes, including the following purposes:
To facilitate your interactions with our Clients through our Technology. For example, when you use our Technology to chat with an automated customer service or support assistant, we will process the information you provide in order to generate and tailor chat responses.
To contact you or enable us and the applicable Client to contact you through the contact methods you provide. For example, if you provide an email address, we and such Client may use that information to contact you via email. If you provide your mobile number, we and such Client may use that information to contact you via voice, text, or SMS. You consent to receive communications via the contact method you provide.
To enable the applicable Client to deliver marketing communications to you, including through the use of Tracking Technologies, subject to any legally required opt-in/opt-out mechanisms.
To administer the Technology on behalf of the applicable Client.
To deliver analytics to the applicable Client.
To manage, maintain, troubleshoot, develop, improve, train, analyze and optimize our Technology, products, and services and for our other internal business purposes.
To generate non-Personal Information (i.e., de-identified data). Once we generate non-Personal Information from any Personal Information, we will not later attempt to again make that information personally identifiable. However, we may combine and enhance that non-Personal Information with other non-Personal Information we receive or obtain from third parties.
Sharing Your Information
We may share information that is not Personal Information for any lawful business purpose.
We may share your Personal Information with the following categories of third parties:
The Clients with which you use our Technology to communicate. However, we will not share your Personal Information with our other Clients.
Our affiliates, namely, other companies that we control, are controlled by, or with which we are under common control.

Third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Virginia Privacy Rights
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):
“Consumer” means a natural person who is a resident of the Commonwealth acting only in an individual or household context. It does not include a natural person acting in a commercial or employment context.
“Personal data” means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Personal data” does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
“Sale of personal data” means the exchange of personal data for monetary consideration.
If this definition of “consumer” applies to you, we must adhere to certain rights and obligations regarding your personal data.

Exercise your rights provided under the Virginia VCDPA
You can opt out from the selling of your personal data, targeted advertising, or profiling by submitting an opt-out request via email at privacy@lahzo.com.
If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we may deny a request if the authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.
Verification process
We may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify you and your consumer’s request. If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty-five (45) days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.
Right to appeal
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning behind it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us at privacy@lahzo.com. Within sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.
Data Security
We employ reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or accidental alteration of Personal Information collected by our Technology. However, no data transmission over the Internet or data security system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or error-free.
